YourRoofCheck provides lead follow-up, booking, and communication workflows for roofing businesses. The Service may include missed-call response, SMS follow-up, lead qualification, calendar booking, CRM updates, and related setup or support.

YourRoofCheck is a business workflow and communication service. It does not guarantee closed jobs, homeowner consent, carrier deliverability, or a specific number of booked appointments.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete business and contact information
• Use the Service only with contacts and data you have the right to use
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with the Service’s operation

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• SMS or phone messages will always be delivered
• Leads will always reply, book, or become customers
• The Service will meet every business or compliance requirement

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourRoofCheck and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed opportunities, communication failures, compliance decisions, or business outcomes.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may connect with third-party platforms such as phone, SMS, CRM, calendar, hosting, analytics, or payment providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing, or conduct of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the YourRoofCheck website are the property of YourRoofCheck and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. SMS Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from YourRoofCheck. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

11. Governing Law
