By accessing or using YourRoofCheck (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YourRoofCheck provides complimentary aerial roof inspections delivered as digital roof reports. Our reports include aerial imagery, measurements, and a general condition summary. Reports are generated using publicly available aerial imagery and automated analysis.

YourRoofCheck is an informational service and does not constitute a professional engineering inspection, structural assessment, or insurance appraisal. Reports are for general reference only.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting a request
• Be the property owner or have authority to request a report for the property
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to interfere with the Service’s operation

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Report imagery will reflect current roof conditions
• Aerial measurements will match physical measurements exactly
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourRoofCheck and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages related to roofing decisions, repairs, or insurance claims made based on report information.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may connect you with third-party roofing contractors. We are not responsible for the quality, pricing, or conduct of any third-party contractor. Any engagement with a contractor is a separate relationship between you and that contractor.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the YourRoofCheck website are the property of YourRoofCheck and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. SMS Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from YourRoofCheck. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Worcester County, Massachusetts.
